All ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers and all ingredients are free from the top 9 allergens. The cookies are baked on dedicated equipment that is free from the top 9 allergens.

The sooner the better! All cookies are baked fresh to order, so at least 48 hours notice M-F between the time an order is placed and the requested pickup date is necessary.

We deliver for all local catering orders. Delivery cost is determined by mileage. We do not deliver individual orders at this time. For individual orders, we offer local pickup at the bakery in Sudbury, MA and offer nationwide shipping.

Yes! We offer catering for weddings, parties, and all other events! We also offer corporate catering. Reach out to sollysbakeshop@gmail.com to inquire about your specific catering needs. 

You can cancel your order up to two weeks before your scheduled date and will be refunded the full amount minus any materials I have already purchased for your cookies. Any cancellations made within the two week period of delivery/pickup date are subject to the full payment.

Cookies are always being baked fresh at Solly's so always feel free to reach out and ask about extras! Also, keep an eye out for flash sales.

If you are having issues with shipping (either your package never arrived or your shipping box was damaged) please send an email to sollysbakeshop@gmail.com and we'll make it right!
