Ingredients
  • 10.7 oz of gluten free flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum)
  • 10.5 oz of gluten free whole grain oats
  • 10oz of earth balance soy free: vegetable oil blend (canola, sunflower, and flax oils), palm oil, water, 2% or less of salt, natural flavor, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, olive oil, lactic acid, annatto extract (color)
  • 9 oz of baking morsels (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, dried rice syrup, salt)
  • 7.9 oz of cane sugar

The Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie is the OG cookie that started the entire concept of Solly’s Bake Shop!

It was inspired by my mom's signature chocolate chip oatmeal cookie that was a staple in our home growing up. When we learned about my daughter’s food allergies, I immediately got to baking in order to adapt our family cookie for my daughter.

When I realized the new version was just as delicious, and my family who had grown up eating the original cookies couldn’t even tell the difference, I knew I was onto something good!
