An oat based cookie with an explosion of sweet sprinkle goodness.

Ingredients

gluten free flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), gluten free whole grain oats, earth balance soy free: vegetable oil blend (canola, sunflower, and flax oils, palm oil, water, 2% or less of salt, natural flavor, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, olive oil, lactic acid, annatto extract), cane sugar, brown sugar, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk), natural rainbow sprinkles (sugar, glucose powder, corn starch, palm kernel oil, turmeric beta-carotene, grape juice concentrate, red beets, purple carrot juice, purple sweet potato, paprika extract, spirulina, chlorophyll, carnauba wax), baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder 

Where it all started

The Sprinkle Cookie was the second cookie I created for Solly’s Bake Shop.

The sweet sprinkles and savory oats that are in the batter create a perfect balance of flavor. They are so colorful and festive because food allergies/dietary restrictions should not stop anyone from a sweet treat that is as fun to look at as it is to eat!
